| "Powerful and positive changes have occurred in my life as a result of the daily practice of yoga. I always wanted to be a more spiritual person but I seem to lack spirituality in my life. My daily yoga practice has made me feel more spiritual, more sensitive. Physically I feel surprisingly stronger. I can do things that were a struggle before. I am more mindful of the joy of each day and embrace a feeling of general well being. Thanks for making it possible." PG from Daytona Beach | ||

Kundalini is an energy that starts at the base of the spine, the root chakra, and can be drawn up through all the 7 chakras, ultimately reaching full enlightenment when that energy reaches the crown chakra at the top of the head and above. This class uses breath, chanting, meditation, postures and kriyas, a prescribed sequence of poses and pranayama that focuses on a specific area of the body, to faciliate this process. All levels are welcome. |

Qigong for Fitness & Relaxation Taught by Morris Sullivan |
Qigong -- literally "life-force work" -- is a Chinese system of healing and fitness that originated more than 3,000 years ago and is closely related to healing arts like acupuncture, as well as martial arts like tai chi and kung fu. Qigong for Fitness and Relaxation combines flowing physical movements, breathing exercises and visualizations to balance the flow of qi (energy) in the body and calm the mind. | ![]() |

Taught by Morris Sullivan |
Tai chi is a mind-body health practice and soft/internal martial art that originated in the 12th century and now mainly practiced because of its health benefits—numerous studies have shown tai chi can help slow the effects of aging and improve overall physical functioning. Along with “push hands,” a two-person exercise to develop the ability to use a minimum of energy to overcome an opponent’s force, tai chi students practice “forms,” long series of slow, flowing movements. Because the movements are synchronized with the breath, forms practice is a highly meditative, mindfulness-based activity that can improve concentration and reduce stress. |
